Matt Oistacher has been making some serious progress on his film, Criteria For Failure. After skating with him and his crew multiple times, and peeping countless clips, it’s pretty evident that this video is going to shine some light upon some of Florida’s underground talent. Oh yeah, and if you don’t know who Paul Hart is, you will, come next summer, when Criteria For Failure drops – And that’s for damn sure!
